We are at the end of the Sweetwater Springs series but don't you worry we are getting the best story ever when two former lovers reunited again. And it's going to be a doozy since they have not seen each other for years.
Sophie and Chase were the "IT" couple when they were in high school but everything changes when Sophie gets into tragedy accident when she was hiking. It definitely took a toll especially in Sophie's case that she ended her relationship with Chase. Fast-forward to present time, Sophie is finally facing Chase when he moves back to town. And let me tell you, all of the emotions are out when they meet again. Both sides.
Sophie has always regretted going out alone when she hiked the mountain that left her injured severely physically and emotionally. But she is finally getting her life back on track, and it does not help when her ex-love moves back into town. Life is always unexpected, and it's going to throw Sophie in a loop when she gets reunited with Chase.
Chase finally feels at home when he moves back into his hometown. And he will run into his former love sooner than later. He thought he could handle seeing her again but all of his emotions came back to him. It's a lot of them. But that's what happens when you still love someone.
Reuniting with your former love is going to be a lot of both sides. Second chances are rare but it does happen. It takes a lot of time and communication to get through old feelings and to a new future. And that's something that Sophie and Chase will need to face if they want a long relationship.
