What do I like about this book so much? They were truly rivals with each other. There were no mistakes made.

You are telling me that I am going to read about co-worker rivals falling in love with each other even though they have despised each other for so long? Okay, okay. I will read it and love it so much.

With Love, from Cold World brings Lauren and Asa working closely together even though they despised each other. Lauren is a number women. Always organized and collected. Asa is a people person. Socially and helpful. These two combinations doesn’t mesh well. They always had a bit of teasing rivalry at the workplace. Nothing too serious or offensive will hurt their feelings.

While they may be rivals at work, they are more than willing to put it aside to save the company by working together. And you already know where this is going. Working together closely will bring Lauren and Asa closer than ever. There is more to the eye with both of them. Lauren may be collected and organized, but she holds her feelings in her heart. From her childhood background, you can understand why. And you can understand how much more it means when Lauren cares for you. Thankfully, Asa starts to understand her when he spends more time with her.

Even though Lauren holds her feelings in her heart, she starts to fall for Asa, which is a bit dangerous. Asa is known to follow the flow in matters of the heart. He tends to move to whoever he likes, depending on the month. But he starts to feel differently when he spends more time with Lauren. There is much more to Lauren than Asa realizes. It makes him wonder why he never took the chance to get to know her more.

What do I like about this book so much? They were truly rivals with each other. There were no mistakes made. They have been rivals at work for so long. It was a true rivals-to-lovers romance trope. And I love it so much. I got to read about their history, their banter, and their start of falling in love with each other. It was gradual throughout their story. No rush at all.
