I have been waiting for Besian and Marley story forever
— Abigail Books Addiction

It may be a little reckless for Marley to travel across Albania alone, but it feels right. She always has deeper feelings for Besian than she realizes. Marley is more than ready to know more about him. She wants to understand why he abandoned her in the hospital, more like not visiting her in the hospital. I hope she is ready for him because he is coming for her to Albania. Besian is finally going to pursue his feelings for Marley. It may not be for the right reasons. But things always happen for a reason. And It's no coincidence that Besian is the right man to protect Marley.
Past Due will bring Besian and Marley together after they spend so many months pining for each other. It will not be easy for them because they both have different values. Besian may be a bit controlling and stuck in his ways, while Marley is fiercely independent about her life and career. They may be the total opposite on paper, but they have insane chemistry with each other. That's what is going to guide them in compromising on some aspects of their life. It won't be easy, but it will be worth it. They love each other very much.
Side note, I was more fascinated about the Besian Albania family than I realized. I always catch little phrases about Devil or Zec in the previous books, so I was ready to find out more. And boy was I surprised. We do get to read about more mysterious yet dangerous Zec. He is best friends with Besian, so it was clear to be there for Besian wedding. Guess what? He is such a softie when it comes to love. He is more than willing to straight out Besian when he messes up with Marley. I cannot wait for his story. Hopefully, it's soon.
