I really don’t know how I feel after I finished reading Bayou Baby. Like I really wanted to like it so much since I fell in love with the first book but I just could not get into it. I was trying very hard but the romance was kind of predictable. Let me explain.

Bayou Baby starts off with Seraphina coming back into town but it’s not going to be very welcoming especially from Harry's family. It’s not surprising but it’s kind of a historical past. Like it’s time to move on and get with the program. Like Seraphina has. She is finally growing into her own person, and being the best mother she can be. She does not have time to deal with any crap. And I am with her.

Harry may have started reconnecting with his Aunt side of the family. But he does need to realize that not everything seems how it is. There are a lot more issues in his Aunt family than they let on. And it does not help that he becomes attracted to Seraphina.

Their storyline sounds so familiar that I just knew what was going to happen throughout their story. I have read the plot story before.
