I always knew we needed latina historical romance books as well
— Abigail Books Addiction

I was beyond excited to read about Ana Maria and the Fox. It’s a Latina historical romance book with a bit of a slow-burn vibe. It’s literally up my alley.

I truly believed that everyone needed to read Ana Maria and the Fox. It’s truly a gem for historical romance genres. It may not be for everyone since it is a slow-burn romance. I mean, it's the slowest-burn romance ever, but it's perfect for Ana Maria and Gideon Fox.

Ana Maria had to be perfect with everything in her life. And yet, she finally gets freedom when she seeks refuge in Landon. She never expected to fall in love in the process. And it certainly doesn’t help that she has to weigh in with her family's expectations as well.

Gideon Fox is finally getting somewhere in his ambitious career. He is more than willing to get his votes for something as important. And he never expected to fall in love. He has always been about his career and business. He's never had the time for romance, but yet he falls for Ana Maria. She is totally something else, and he can’t stop himself whenever they see each other.

Gideon and Ana's relationship is a slow burn, so expect a lot of yearning and burning for each other. And definitely expected some tension between them as well when they became a marriage of convenience.
