She may be headstrong but she is a tough women
— Abigail Books Addiction

I love reading about strong women especially when they come back after traumatic experience. And I am even more graceful for Lexi Blake bringing one in Butterfly Bayou.

We get to read about Lila who I absolutely love her from the start. She moves into small town where her little sister currently lives. And it does not start off great. She may be headstrong but she is a tough women. And everyone need to recognize and get over their shit. I truly do not understand why people are so hesitate to changes especially in small town. But they truly need to get over it but she is the best even after recovering what she has suffered.

She is true star, and she deserves absolutely best which is why I kinda do not like the Sheriff Armie. He seems like a cute character but halfway, I got really annoyed. Like she is not the problem, you are. She is always doing the best she can no matter what. And if you cannot take it, then you can go. I truly got frustrated with him but thankfully he finally redeemed himself toward the end.
