I’m totally down with a player falling in love
— Abigail Books Addiction

If you want a light read romance story, then The Player Next Door is the one for you. K.A. Tucker has done a wonderful job in creating a fun yet sweet romance story.

Everyone has past so it’s no surprise that Scarlet hates Shane when she moves into her new home. She is definitely in shock when they are neighbors but hey it’s bound to happen in their small town. They have a heavy history between each other that their present is going to be rocky. It’s always harder to trust someone when they betray. And it is even harder to learn to trust them again too.

Scarlet may be the sweetest yet toughest woman but she is totally vulnerable with Shane. It takes a lot to take a leap in faith when someone is betrayed but life is about risk. And Scarlet is willing to take it. It’s not going to be easy for them but love is always worth it.
