After the first book cliff-hanger, I was more than ready to read what’s going to happen next
— Abigail Books Addiction

I can’t believe how Chloe Gong made me feel in the first book cliff-hanger. I had to read the second book in the duology immediately. And boy was I glad that I did.

Our Violent Ends picks up after a few months of the first book cliffhanger. And it’s a bit of doozy. Juliette is at her limits trying to keep her rightful place while also finding out the person behind the vicious deaths along the Shanghai streets. It also does not help that Roma hates her more than ever. It’s a hard life for Juliette but she has to up her game to remain in her family and help her family as well.

It’s amazing how much Juliette is willing to do to protect her place and those closes to her. And it amazes me more that she considers Roma closest to her. He may not know it but she is trying to do her best. And I applaud her for that. It’s hard to choose between family and love. Ultimately, you will have to choose when you fall in love with your rival.

Expects twists and turns as you read the last installments in this duology. It’s definitely not what you are expecting at all.
