Such the cutest romance story especially when the character are flipping houses
— Abigail Books Addiction

I hate to say this but I have mixed feelings with Tools of Engagement. Like I enjoyed the first two books. Let's start in the beginning.

Tools of Engagement focuses on Bethany which we meet in the previous books. She is finally reaching her goal without any guidance of her family which totally sucks but power to her. But she needs help though especially if she wants to compete against her brothers in the Flip Off tv show. And she did not expect frenemies Wes to switch sides and help her. It leaves her to wonder more about him. And there is definitely more to him than we expect.

Wes has a side of him that I did not expect. Like he is really sweet and maybe a bit clueless how to raise a child. But that makes the perfect parent because no one knows how to be a parent but if you are willing to learn then you got it. And that's what he is trying to do. He also has plenty of time to verbal spar with Bethany.

What disappointed me the most was lack of connection or lack of chemistry. They seem to be a good couple but they need to have a connection. I don't seem to find it especially with Bethany's attitude most of the time.
