Hmm, I tried my best but I could not get into The Summer Job. From the book summary, it sounded appealing to read. But I could not get over Birdy's personality. She sounds so annoying most of the time. Like why women? What is the problem with you? She makes a mess of everything, and it's totally your fault. Own up to it. Stop making excuses for things. But no, Birdy will keep doing so until it blows over her face.
