‘Tis The Season
— Abigail Books Addiction

It’s time to read some holiday romance theme stories. And I definitely cannot wait to read some new titles such as Mistletoe and Mr. Right.

I was really excited to read Mistletoe and Mr. Right especially with that cute book cover illustration. But I was kind of let down a bit. I think that I expect so much from Mistletoe and Mr. Right since I was obsessed with the book cover. Let me explain myself.

I love a slow burn romance story like no other but this slow burn was too slow in my opinion. Like it was dragging out way too long than it needed too. I kept stopping because I need to refresh my mind or take a break. I really wanted the plot to speed up a bit. Like I really enjoy the characters. They are really sweet and spunky but the dragging the plot really hurt me. I just could not get into it. I wish I could but I just could not handle that slow burn. I really wanted to.
