Slow Romance: Yay or Nay?
— Abigail Books Addiction

Ugh, I hate to say this but I am so disappointed that I did not enjoy this romance book more.

I do not know if it was me but I just could not get into it. It was taking too slow for my taste. Like I enjoy reading slow-burning romance stories but if it is done right. If not, then you are just dragging the story on which was happening in Enjoy the View.

I really felt that there should have been more depth and attraction between Easton and River especially in her case. River has a lot of growing up to do when she starts this new project. Nothing is ever easy when you start something new and out of your comfort zone. Like what River expected when she shows up to a new town and they do not like you. It takes time and effort, and River seems too immature to gasp that. And do not get me started on chemistry with Gaston and River. They need a little depth in their relationship in my opinion. Something was missing.
