I don't why this book was a hard read for me. Like I knew I fell in love with the book cover that I will fall in love with the book too. But once I started the book, it was just harder to keep on reading. I am not saying it was a horrible romance read but it was a bit difficult romance. Trisha was the most difficult character to like. I understand she went through a major issue with her ex but it was time to move on. She kept distancing and her son from everyone. I understand that it was tough that you got burned by your ex-husband but you don't have to go far distant. And it does not help your case when you are short with your child. I really did not appreciate how she was behaving with her son. Your son still wants to be in contact with their son, you can't cut it off even when they are in jail. That's still their parents.
